Your first love, your first mountain summit, and the first scratch on your new watch. Tools are meant to be used and watches are meant to be worn, but we know the first scratch hurts the most. Our watches are crafted from solid UltraHex™ titanium - 8x more scratch resistant than stainless steel; keeping your lifelong companions looking fresh for a lifetime of adventures.

Whether it's on our adventures or on our watches, we always take the appropriate precautions. Designed to withstand the most challenging conditions and lifetimes of adventures, they are built with quality components and powered by reliable workhorse movements.
Our proprietary UltraHex™ hard coating raises the surface hardness up to 1200Hv protecting the titanium from scratches and corrosion. While our watches will escape most adventures unscathed, you're responsible to save your own skin.
Our watches enjoy adventures and travel, never letting the weather conditions rain on their parade. Continuing to tick long after you've called it and even as they age, they'll always weigh about half of the others of a similar size. They're looking for a lifelong partner to go anywhere and do anything with but they're not desperate. You're welcome to take off the stickers, size the bracelet, and take it out on the town but if you don't find a connection after the first couple dates (within 14 days of delivery), respectfully package it up and send it on its way.
The spirit of Trytanium allows adventurers to have an opportunity to experience our watches in the metal. Thanks to UltraHex™, our watches have got a thick skin but be gentle when you're getting to know it. If it's not for you, remember that it's destined to be with someone else. Be considerate and keep in mind that watches returned to HQ will be inspected and RE-VERIFIED so they can find a new home. If it is determined by our team that the watch was abused or intentionally damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns outside of the 14 day window however all RZE watches are eligible for trade-in, with the RE-VERIFIED program.
Carefully package your watch in its original packaging with all its accessories. Should the watch return damaged, we reserve the right to decrease the amount refunded to you.
If you opted for a Blackcomb pouch or other adventure gear, feel free to keep these items and the appropriate amount will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping charges and import duties are non-refundable and you are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as your return will not be processed until we receive your item(s). We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
When completing the customs paperwork for your return, please declare the value of your watch at $150 to avoid unnecessary customs duties on the return.
*International customers, please be aware that any return shipping duties/taxes charged to rzewatches.com will be deducted from the refunded amount.
In order to initiate a return, you are responsible for return shipping. To expedite the process, please ensure that you're prepared to provide us with a tracking number for your watch.
We are not responsible for watches that are lost in transit. We suggest you use a tracked shipping service, consider shipping insurance, and ensure you provide us with your tracking number.
Once we receive your watch we will notify you and keep you updated on the progress of your request.
After receiving your watch, we'll inspect it to ensure it hasn't been abused or intentionally damaged and refund will be issued to the original payment method.
The original shipping fee and applicable duties is non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Upon receipt of your watch, it will be thoroughly inspected by our team to ensure there hasn't been abuse or intentional damage. Once the return has been approved, you will receive a refund less the original shipping fee in the form of your original payment.
New watches are protected by our 24-month guarantee which covers any defect in material quality or workmanship that may occur with normal and reasonable use during the warranty period.
In these cases, RZE will cover the costs of return/repair/replacement of the product(s) and/or parts of products that prove to be defective under normal and reasonable use.
We do not accept exchanges or returns purchased from other retailers or other online stores.
Please note RE-VERIFIED watches are NOT eligible for Trytanium (14-Days, no questions asked returns)
No, for our other adventure gear, or watch accessories, they only be returned in new, unused, condition.
Some of our gear has a lifetime guarantee, this is to protect you against workmanship and factory defects. This does not guarantee you will receive a new replacement.
