Introducing the UTD-8000
Over the last five years we've focused on crafting accessible, tough, titanium tool watches. We've heard again and again that you need more shock and vibration resistance. By developing our own digital module, we are finally bringing you a watch that meets those demands without compromising on the quality or wearer experience.
Designed and tested in the harsh environment of the Canadian North, we're proud to introduce the UltraHex™ Titanium Digital (UTD). Resistant to water, dust, corrosion, scratches, shock, vibrations, and featuring an advanced custom module, fully operational even while the watch is fully exposed to extreme temperatures.
Limited quantities will be available for pre-order at promotional launch pricing of $169 USD on a custom elastic strap or $329 USD with the strap and bracelet until 11:59 PM SGT, March 31, 2025.
Regular pre-orders continue on April 1, 2025 for $199 USD with watches expected to be delivered in June 2025. Once the watches are available for immediate shipping, they will retail for $219 USD on the elastic strap and $369 USD with the titanium bracelet).

Despite being digital, the UTD-8000 delivers the same quality construction that adventurers have come to expect from our mechanical collections. Engineered and precision machined from grade 2 titanium, the case ensures critical parts of the module such as the crystal oscillator are protected from contact failures and malfunctions.
Sealed from the elements, the UTD-8000 features Torx screw secured caseback, embossed with RZE’s logo. Highlighting the complex case construction and providing visual interest is a precisely machined slice of aluminum, sandwiched between the case and beveled bezel.

The UTD-8000 will ship in custom packaging with the custom elasticized fabric strap.
No. The default configuration for the UTD-8000 is on the custom elasticized fabric strap. While the UTD-8000 is compatible with the UltraHex™ Titanium bracelet, the bracelet is an add-on and may be purchased at anytime.
The UTD-8000 has a lug width of 20mm and shares the same end-link as the Endeavour and the Resolute.
If you own an Endeavour or Resolute bracelet, it will fit your UTD-8000. As the UTD-8000's finish is bead blasted, it will match the finish of the Endeavour bracelet or the non-brushed version of the Rsiolute bracelet.
Yes! The UTD-8000 bracelet features our QUIKCLIQ clasp with tool-less microadjustment and quick release spring-bars.
The RZE warranty covers any defect in material quality or workmanship that may occur with normal and reasonable use for two years on all of our watches.
The UTD-8000's module is a custom module, guaranteed for life against defects and failure. While battery changes are not included, should you have an issue with your movement, please contact us and we'll you ticking again in no time.
This warranty does not apply to any shipping costs, repairs, or replacements for repairs necessitated by use other than normal and/or reasonable use, cosmetic damages caused by normal wear and tear, any damages that may arise after any unauthorised work is attempted and conditions/malfunctions/damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. Cosmetic damage and wear and tear is not covered by warranty.
The UTD-8000's battery life is rated to a minimum of 36 month based on light illumination 4 times per day with daily alarm and hourly chime activated
The module is a customized module manufactured exclusively for the UTD-8000.
We focused on developing a module that included our essential functions and would be capable of withstanding vibration, shock and other extreme conditions.
It was our priority to ensure it could be guaranteed for life as our first custom module. You can look forward to additional functionality in future modules.
No. The date is displayed as 12 - 24 for December 24. This cannot be modified by the user.
No. The module features a daily alarm and hourly chime. While it can be silenced when alarming, it cannot be snoozed.
While the UTD-8000's module has been rated to +/- 45 sec/month of maximum drift dependant on temperature, over a month of extensive testing and exposure to extreme temperature changes, the modules performed well within +/- 15.
